Sarah Shao is a thoughtful and dependable real estate professional with a strong background in finance and extensive hands-on experience. Since starting her real estate career in 2017, she has combined analytical expertise, investment insight, and a client-first mindset to deliver practical, results-driven service.

Having lived in San Diego for over 12 years, Sarah has a deep knowledge of the local market and neighborhoods. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate each step of the buying, selling, or investment process with clarity and confidence.

With her unique professional background, she guides clients through complex decisions, from evaluating investment opportunities to understanding tax considerations. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Wuhan University and a Master’s in Accounting from San Diego State University. Prior to moving to the U.S., she was a finance lecturer at Hubei University. In the U.S., she served as a financial manager at a multinational corporation, leading M&A projects, and later worked as an auditor and tax advisor at several top 10 accounting firms.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys reading, traveling, and practicing meditation.
